30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs
Product Issues
RIRZ will cover all return, replacement, or reshipment costs if:

Customer Preference
If the return is due to personal preference, including:

No longer needing the item
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

After review, we will arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund where appropriate.

Installed or modified products may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Step 3 — Return & Inspection
Once your returned item arrives, our team will inspect the product to confirm it meets return eligibility requirements.
Step 4 — Refund Processing
After inspection and approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing.
Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
